The Gospel of Doubt is a collaborative writing project, with the goal of introducing the virtue of doubt to mainstream American Christianity.
This project combines perspectives from ten different authors, each of whom have wrestled with faith and doubt, finding new theological and philosophical insights as a result of their struggle. Most have now apostatized from the religious traditions into which they were born, but those who remain have become stronger for the experience. Together, they offer a much-needed critique of mainstream American Christianity’s abhorrence of doubt, and encourage Christians to reconsider their faith as something to be continually tested.
This project is edited by Zachary Moore.
